Administration Support to Sales Team (Ref: sales)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative supports to the Sales Team including: Data Entries, Issuing Notes, Running proposal, Copying
• Handle records keeping, scanning and filing
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors

Requirements:

• DSE or above 
• 1 years of working experience (fresh graduate is also considered)
• Interest in Insurance Broker's Industry
• Willing to learn
• Mature and stable 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, Good Command in Cantonese 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 Accounts Assistant (Ref: accounts)

Responsibilities: 

• Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Handle General Accounting duties such as Voucher Inputs, filing etc
• Calculate Monthly Commission Payment to Agents
• Arrange Cheque Payments
• Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in Admin Duties
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when required

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• LCCI Intermediate or above
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Mature and stable 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Responsible, careful, well-organized, hard working & willing to learn
• Immediate available is highly preferred
