Job Description:

Database Management

• Database management
• Review and monitor the performance of the system
• Problem investigation to Application failure and corrective action on problem transaction
• First line support to the system and overnight batch jobs.
• Design and schedule system data integrity checking
• Generate reports by associated scripts and SQL statements regularly.
• Full support on system maintenance
• Handle internal user enquiries

All around IT Support

• Provide daily IT support for operational activities of the group
• Helpdesk support to all level
• System documentation
• Server and database administration and maintenance Windows Active Directory administration, system monitoring, server and network devices maintenance
• Keep records of software licenses as well as IT assets inventory
• Hardware and software installation
• Vendor management
• Office facilities support e.g. photocopies, fax systems, video conference
• Domain and Application Server Maintenance
• Network/ Server support e.g. regularly data backup, system recovery
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 7 years in the field in application design, development and implementation
• 3 year experience in infrastructure support or Servers and Network administration
• Solid experience in Oracle database management
• Good knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, C#, .NET, PHP
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese. Fluent English is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, such as MS outlook, words, excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
• Working experience in retail industry is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP ERP system is a plus
• Occasional travel is required
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Previous experienced in computers maintenance / support / networking especially in China region required
• Get used to work in English environment will be a definite advantages

Less experience will be considered as IT Administrator / IT Project Coordinator
