Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement risk control mechanisms to ensure that the product operations are in compliance with internal compliance requirements and external regulations, codes and guidelines under different jurisdictions;
• Monitor the operation efficiency of product management procedures, as well as compile regulatory reports and customer communication materials pursuant to regulatory requirements, codes and guidelines;
• Explore business opportunities and formulate strategies for developing the investment funds wholesale business.

Requirements:



• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
• Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance;
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with sound knowledge of investment fund operations;
• Forward looking with strong change orientation and the ability to work under pressure;
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
