Job Duties

• Support corporate secretary function for all aspects of corporate maintenance of international subsidiaries, including drafting minutes and other documentation, support for annual meetings, compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assisting Legal Counsels with incorporation or liquidation of entitles in relevant Asia Pacific jurisdictions where required
• Liaising with external counsel / company secretarial service providers / corporate executive in different jurisdictions to ensure timely corporate secretarial and other filing with governmental authorities in different countries
• Coordinating and responding to instructions on corporate changes including change of director, change of company name etc Corporate Details
• Drafting, analyzing and maintaining updated contract register for intercompany agreements for related entitles within the Group under supervision of legal counsel
• Manage internal corporate governance database.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, LLB preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Sound knowledge in corporate matters
• Both law firm and in-house experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in standard English in written and oral business communications
