Job Description

Urban Home Realty is a property services agency specializing in Residential and Commercial lease, buy, and sale.  Currently, thousands of locals and expats are utilizing our database to find the best homes or offices that fit their needs.  At Urban Home Realty, we attempt for the best in everything we do.  We provide a full set of real estate services through a service-led approach, combined with the latest technology available.  We are currently located in Causeway Bay seeking for Real Estate Consultant/Administrator.

JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL/ENERGETIC/POSITIVE MIND/SELF DRIVEN real estate consultant to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Intermediate negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Display and market property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paper work (contracts, leases, deeds, etc...)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity
  • English speaking
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese/knowledge of Mandarin will be a plus 
  • Education Form 5 or above
