Duties:

Mainly responsible for planning, managing and leading disaster management operations in Mainland China. Regular travel outside of Hong Kong is required. 

Requirements:

1. University degree holder, preferably in Development Studies or Social Science disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in humanitarian or social service sector. With at least 2 years experience at managerial position.
3. Solid track record in program management in social service & good knowledge of humanitarian approaches and methodologies. Experience of working in Mainland China is a definite asset.
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
