JOB DUTIES

• To lead, coach and manage the export sales team to reach assigned target
• To support the team to maintain excellent relationship with Key Accounts and distributors
• To establish market intelligence source,
• To maximize synergy selling to existing customers
• To uncover business opportunities & realize them into profits.
• To develop and coach sub-ordinates
• To develop and maintain distributors abroad.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Product knowledge including applications, features, advantage of the respond product(s). managing skills and coaching skills
• Knowledge of competitions and market environment
• Knowledge of terms and conditions of transactions.
• Good communication skills and English
• Knowledge of dealing and managing distributors

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications/Education
• College or University graduation
• At least 15 years working experience in export business
• At least 8 years managerial experience
• Food ingredients related experience is preferred
• To stay in mainland China.

Salary

30-50K/month + Commission
