Responsibilities:

• Look after the day to day administration, operation and service of the branch;
• Supervise Tellers to ensure they can accomplish their works on schedule with minimum overtime and clerical error, and to maintain an efficient production standard;
• Act as a trouble shooter of the branch;
• Provide training and coaching to the frontline staff on the operation aspects to ensure they work in accordance to the established procedure and process;
• Develop and execute the branch service plan to maintain good service standard and fill up identified service gaps of the branch;
• Ensure compliance adhesive for all staff;
• Identify operation risk and recommend solutions;
• Suggest process improvement.

Requirements:

• F.7 with at least 7 years' retail banking experience;
• Passed HKSI 1, 7, 8  and IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications or equivalent;
• Knowledge of related branch operations and procedures, system and technology;
• Strong people management skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
