Your role will be managing daily inbound and outbound orders for our logistics clients across different industries.  You need to be a focused and proactive self-starter; with excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.  Be able to multi-task in a well-balanced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Officer in 3PL
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments
• Manage upcoming shipments, order fulfillment, enquiries and complaints
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedure
• Provide key data to enhance daily operation flow with the Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in logistics field (fresh graduate with mature mindset is also welcome)
• Advantage in possess logistics and freight knowledge
• Experience in warehouse management system is preferred
• A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Eager to grow with the company and our clients
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
