Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales operations assistance to internal sales team and external parties
• Responsible to support daily operations of sales administration for various sales channels
• Provide administrative support to the Management
• Monitor & follow up the sales order from order placing, production to shipment to ensure on-time delivery customer satisfaction
• Handle all products information about the selling processes for sales channels
• Ensure our products are positioned and merchandised properly in the stores
• Regular shop visit to monitor in-store display and maintain good relationship with store managers
• Assist in the development of marketing activities and carry out various corporate marketing projects
• Follow up merchandise materials (e.g. Graphic, POP) for in-store & window display

Requirements:

• Experience and passion in babies & kids products
• Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of Wholesale or brand marketing experience in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of Photoshop is a credit)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
