Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and secure qualified sales appointments
• Build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads
• Understand the full depth and breadth of Tyco Retail capabilities and offerings (products, services, etc.)
• Drive and grow “Net New Business” for Tyco Retail across all available products, services, and offerings
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines of Tyco Retail organization
• Build strong relationships
• Develop, manage and drive the entire process (sales cycle) for “Net New Business” opportunities, including but not limited to: identify, nurture, develop, purpose, close and transition to the new account owner within the business unit
• Manage leads to identify business to build a sales pipeline
• Provide pipeline, forecast and additional reports to management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement

• 3-5 years minimum outside sales experience
• Passionate about retail sales business
• Proven top producer with the Retail business industry
• Skilled consultative and collaborative seller
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability is critical
