Job Description
COMPANY INFORMATION:

We are dedicated to serving travel agencies and corporations of all sizes global wide, offering better control over the service outcomes and bringing you happy customers through our expertise in worldwide tour optimization and best in class services to leisure and business travelers.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Answer enquiries for M.I.C.E., ad-hoc groups from overseas, itinerary planning, price quotation, tour and transportation arrangement
- Maintain close contact and good relationship with overseas corporate clients and travel arrangers
- Negotiate with external vendors, suppliers, land operators etc.
- Always update marketing information such as regular update of website; support database, update and maintenance of data
REQUIREMENTS:
- F.5 or above, preferable with Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in inbound operation
- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
- Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship & able to work independently
- Good team player and able to work under pressure with tight timelines
