Job Purpose

• Provide professional phone banking services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries on credit card and loan accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and other assigned customer services.
• Achieve service pledges of the Bank.
• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement.
• Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.

Requirements

• Post-secondary or above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service gained from retail banking.
• Good knowledge in retail banking products.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Shift duty is required.
