Job Description
Job Purpose
- Provide professional phone banking services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries on credit card and loan accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and other assigned customer services.
- Achieve service pledges of the Bank.
- Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement.
- Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.
Requirements
- Post-secondary or above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service gained from retail banking.
- Good knowledge in retail banking products.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Shift duty is required.
