• Diploma holder or above will be an advantage
• At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation at freight forwarding industry
• Mainly responsible for co-ordination with clients & overseas agents for shipment updated status
• Handle full set of daily air shipment independently
• Upate clients' tracking systems / reports and send pre-alert to the clients/overseas agent
• Independent, organized, responsible, self-motivated and problem solving person
• Good in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word is preferable
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable

Fresh graduates in Transportion, Logistics or related disciplines will also be considered.
