Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform general reception function
  • Provide general clerical support to the Corporate service and Professional Teams including typing, copying and filing
  • Provide full range of office administrative duties
  • Perform general accounting duties and operations, such as issuing invoice, cheque preparation and payment records.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Requirements

  • F. 5 or above
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
