Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relations, training and etc.;
• Implement and administer various compensation & benefit functions, including payroll, retirement schemes, tax compliance & reporting, medical & insurance policies and other fringe benefits;
• Prepare budget, manpower resources planning and support in various ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and statutory regulations in Hong Kong.
• Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized.
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in HR system,
• Immediate available
