Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relations, training and etc.;

Implement and administer various compensation & benefit functions, including payroll, retirement schemes, tax compliance & reporting, medical & insurance policies and other fringe benefits;

Prepare budget, manpower resources planning and support in various ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
-
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
-
Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and statutory regulations in Hong Kong.

Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized.

Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in HR system,
