Job duties:

• Execution of corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies

• Drafting statutory announcements, circulars and prospectus

• Assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and conducting financial due diligence

• Liaison with clients and the regulators

Requirements:

• University degree and preferably an accounting or CFA holder

• 5+ years' relevant working experience, preferably having experience in IPO, M&A or working with listed companiesor reputable audit firms

• Familiar with Listing Rules and Takeovers Code

• Strong analytical and report writing ability

• Willing to travel and work under pressure

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Analyst
