Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular compliance monitoring checking and review;
• Monitor daily business activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations and to identify room for improving internal controls;
• Handle information requests from regulatory bodies and business team;
• Maintain the compliance documentation and disclosure filing systems;
• Provide advice and guidelines, including briefing sessions, to staff on compliance issues relating to the regulated activities ;
• Assist in other tasks assigned and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements :

• Holder of a university degree, preferably in finance / accounting / business / legal discipline;
• At least 5-8 years of compliance experience at middle to large financial institutions holding SFC licence RA types 1, 4, 6 & 9;
• Mature, self-initiated and detail-minded;
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Speak fluent Mandarin and English;
• Diligent and willing to learn.
