Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine accounting and office duties;
• Responsible for daily accounting transactions, voucher entry, AR and AP;
• Responsible in data entry and documents filing;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements;
• Reconciliations of inter-and intra-company balances;
• Perform other other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• LCCI Level 2 or accounting knowledge has an advantage
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Accounts Clerk
