Job Responsibilities: 

The role of a Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key business focus role in the following duties:

• Establish different sales channels and liaise with potential distributors and buyers.
• Responsible for driving sales and maximizing different brands and retail performance
• Manage all elements including operational, sales & marketing and people power
• Provide effective coaching & support to sales team to achieve targets
• Actively promote the assigned brand awareness and deliver outstanding operational standards
• Maximize the profitability of different brands by analyzing sales reports and statistics and taking appropriate action
• Follow up sales performance with different vendors, planning, forecast, budget & coordinating
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and other external parties to develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Coach and supervise the assigned Brand Marketing Team to achieve objectives
• Stock Management & Inventory Control to ensure stock loss/damage to the minimum costs
• Assist in product development projects
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements: 

We’re looking for candidates with the following experience:

• University graduate in Business/Brand Management or related discipline.
• With at least 5 years solid experience within Luxury / FMCG / retail / beauty / cosmetic with at least 2 years in a managerial level. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistance Sales & Marketing Executive
• Familiar with current leading chain stores’ operation, wholesales and retailers in Asia, HK and China in particular.
• Experience in multi-site retail background on cosmetic.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership and project management capability
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent written & spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to travel on occasional basis
