• Degree holder or above in Fashion / Textile Design or related disciplines, preferably graduate from overseas design institutions
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' design & product development experience in ladies' sweater garment
  
• Good fashion sense and understand the market trend
• High level interest in production and yarn is a MUST and with strong passion in fashion
• Able to communicate with overseas designers / buyers
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Excellent command of PC skills (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) is a MUST
• Responsible, self-motivated, positive and a good team player
• Able to meet tight schedule and can work under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
