Job Responsibilities

．To be responsible for formulating tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting

．To handle pre-contract and post-contract stage, including but not less than tender analysis and bidding, valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement

．With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process

．Project Tendering

．Co-ordination with different trades of contractor and supplier

．Back up for budget control

．Negotiation with client for variation order and relevant administration

．With Fitting out contracting experience is preferable

Job Requirements:

．Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

．Conversant in fit-out pricing

．Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in fitting-out project

．Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word , MS Excel , AutoCad

．Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

．Good supervisory skill

．Able to work under pressure and independently
