團體部 - Tour (旅遊顧問 - 團體部)

1) Planning of tour products;

2) Coordinate with suppliers locally and overseas on booking arrangement and quotations;

3) Liaise with hotels, airlines or any vendors on bookings;

4) Answer and handle all incoming enquiries and bookings;

5) Prepare quotation and confirmation for bookings;

6) Ensure the accuracy of all tickets and documents issued for bookings;

7) Follow up payment if required

機票部 - Ticketing (旅遊顧問 - 機票部) 

1) Provide full services on leisure travel to clients (not limited to travel arrangement, itinerary planning and enquiries);

2) Handle reservations/ bookings through internal and external systems;

3) Liaise with hotels, airlines or any vendors on bookings;

4) Answer and handle all incoming enquiries and bookings;

5) Prepare quotation and confirmation for bookings;

6) Ensure the accuracy of all tickets and documents issued for bookings;

7) Follow up payment if required

Job requirements: 

1) 1 to 2 years or above relevant working experience in outbound tour operations

2) Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred;

3) Highly self-initiated with strong sense of customer service;

4) Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with good attention to details;

5) Good PC knowledge (Word and Excel) with knowledge of Abacus, Galileo, CNAC, and XML   preferred
