Responsibilities:

* Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented
* Assists the Outlet Chef to achieve the monthly and annual food cost target and the outlet’s revenue
* Assist Outlets Chef in daily food ordering, maintaining par stock as per the standard
* Monitors food standards in the Outlet. Coordinates to take corrective actions where necessary
* Assists in the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators
*  Plans and implements effective training program for employees in coordination with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers

Requirements:

* Minimum of 7 years Culinary working experience (Chopper/Dim Sum/Hot/Casserole(Chinese Clay Pot)/Wok/ Roast Duck) with at least 3 years solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation of Chinese Kitchen
* High school graduated or above
* Able to speak and write Chinese
* Able to operate computer and proficiency with MS Office
* Must be able to work any day and shift
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills are required. Ability to maintain consistent and high quality food standards.

  * 協助部門主廚去達成每月及年度的部門食品成本目標及利潤

  * 協助部門主廚去管理食材訂購及根據標準維持最低的存貨量

  * 監督所屬部門的食物出品質素，有需要的話採取必要的改善措施

  * 協助部門主廚編制每週的員工工作時間表並確保能反映業務需求及其他關鍵績效指標

  * 與培訓部門及部門培訓員合作去籌劃及對員工實行有效的培訓課程

   

  工作要求:

  * 需具備最少７年廚務工作經驗(砧板/點心/煲仔菜/熱盤/炒鑊/烤鴨等)及其中最少３年實際管理中餐廚房的日常運作經驗

  * 高中畢業或以上學歷

  * 能操寫中文

  * 能運用電腦及精通MS office應用軟件

  * 需輪班工作，包括週末及假日

  * 必須具有良好的人際溝通技巧、領導能力、溝通能力,團隊建設和解決問題的技巧、能夠維持一貫的高質量的出品水準
