Job Description
Purpose of Job
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager – Bar Deck Lounge is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the outlet. He/she will be involved in overall strategic planning and budgeting for the outlet and ensuring excellent customer service.
Do you have the following?
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with good beverage and operational knowledge
- Good team player with leadership skills
- Initiative, organised and service-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
