Reporting to CEO of Crossborder

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
• Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear functional design artefacts using techniques like use cases, data diagrams and process flow diagrams (serve as a liaison between Tech and Operations)
• To collaborate with Product, Tech teams and Business owners in order to roll out new solutions and Applications
• Ability to think and act fast, deal with ambiguity and innovate on behalf of the Business on a global scale.
• Partner with Business leaders across Lazada to identify and influence the development of new products and services for Logistics Operations
• Ability to Create program goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve objectives.
• To engage and partner across the organization to develop best practices for your function and advocate for improvements in enterprise-wide tools.
• Lead/Support all business readiness activities including training, testing and rollout. Work independently with minimal supervision
• Foster a culture of data driven decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 4 years of relevant work experience in program management or part of solutions team in enterprise / Supply chain applications.
• Solid experience in consulting, Solutions and Implementation
• Strong Domain Knowledge in Logistics, Supply chain and Operations
• Strong communication skills (Speak and Write) in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in ecommerce/Retail/Supply chain operations space
• Experience working on a global scale in building and deployment of Solutions highly preferred
• Experience leading and influencing teams that are responsible for managing business operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure
