Job Description
Responsibilities
- Performing purchasing transactions & activities, e.g. purchase orders and documents follow up
- Support sourcing activities and negotiating with new vendors
- Follow up order processes and goods delivery
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Min. 2 years of related Purchasing working experience
- Good analytical and observation skills, detail-oriented and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexible and adaptable, self-motivated and independent
- Immediate available is preferred
