Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product Development, Production, Marketing and Shipping team to process the order
• Attend Sales Meeting with overseas customers and prepare quotation offer
• Communicate with overseas customers as well as local buying office
• Communicate with vendors on order details including lab testing, site inspection and factory audit
• Shipment coordination

Job Requirements

• F5 or above, 2-3 years of work experience preferred
• Detail oriented
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• High sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime
• Strong in MS Office applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
