Job Description
REQUIREMENTS :
- HKDSE or above in business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in office administration and human resources areas will be an advantage
- Able to work in a multi-task environment with minimal supervision
- Self-initiative, efficient, independent, responsible and will to work under pressure
- Excellent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, monthly payroll & MPF calculation, MPF administration, medical scheme and Annual Tax Return
- Prepare, maintain and update accurate working/ leave records and monthly overtime & late records
- Update personnel filing system, leave records, employee records and resignation records
- Maintain good administration filing system
- Manage daily office administration operations
- Back up reception desk duties
