Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Coordinate with external auditor and tax consultant, prepare various accounting schedules for year-end audit and tax computation
• Support ERP deployment
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting 
• Skill in financial analysis is essential
• Minimum 8 years commercial accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing)
• Experience in using Epicor Accounting System is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English& Cantonese
• Strong supervision and interpersonal skills and detail-minded
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Immediately available is preferred
