Job Description

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various teams
  • Monitor and assist with teams' expenses and forms, and assist with the expense forecast and annual budget process as required
  • Coordinate teams' schedules and make appointments; arrange & coordinate travel schedules and reservations (hotels, plane tickets, ferry tickets etc)
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • Maintain a comprehensive travel and marketing calendar file to ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis
  • Coordinate with IT department to ensure all team members have the proper hardware and software to provide their daily tasks
  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of partnerships (activations)
  • Provide and prepare weekly updates for meetings to management on all activities
  • Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentations
  • Assist in performing market research upon request
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements is a priority at all times both in Singapore and all countries in which the Team operates
  • Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records
  • Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, all Departmental policies and service procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Must have minimum a High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role, Hospitality and/or gaming industry experience preferred
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to speak clearly and persuasively
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
  • After office hours admin support will be required if necessary
  • Ability to balance multiple demands while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced team environment, while simultaneously managing a large number of projects
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service by positively interacting with guests
  • Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
