Job Responsibilities: 

The successful incumbent is expected to:

-          Assist marketing team to define and develop marketing programs, such as organize seminars, conferences etc. to sell market data of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and other business partners globally

-          Assist in license applications, explain policies to clients and support day-to-day operations

-          undertake special or ad hoc projects and any other clerical tasks as assigned

-          work with Shanghai headquarter and other business partners to leverage cross functional opportunities 

Requirements: 

-              University degree in finance, business administration, marketing or related disciplines

-              At least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry, preferable in market data industry, candidate with less experience can apply as officer

-              Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

-              Excellent team work, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

-              Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must.

-              Work with minimal guidance & direction from manager.
