Responsible Officer (SFC Type 1, 4 & 9)

Responsibilities:

l  Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise the Company's SFC regulated activities;

l  Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance;

l  Comply with all applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices;

l   Strong experience in business development, marketing or investments in global multi-asset classes especially in property-related fields preferred; 

l  Participate in new product launch in the future and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

l  Degree holder or higher;

l  Minimum 3 years of solid experience in asset management industry;

l  Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities preferred;

l Flexible working hour RO (Part-time) will also be considered

l  Knowledge in property-related investments a big plus; 

l  Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;

l  Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies as well as regulations and guidelines in lines with the regulatory authorities;

l  Ability to work under pressure, energetic character with strong analytical skills preferred; 

l  Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
