Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of retail shops
• Monitoring and leading frontline team to achieve sales targets
• Provide coaching and training to frontline team
• To prepare various reports and sales analysis
• Provide & Support CRM Department
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Around 2 years experience in retail development and operations
• Experience in health food and cosmetic industries will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skill and people-oriented supervisory skill
• Independent, self-motivated & result-oriented
• Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese typing
