He/she will assist the Chief Sommelier in executing key wine objectives and controlling the quality of sales and service throughout the venue.  Wine qualifications preferred.

Requirements

-Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong ID or Work Permit

-Relevant experience in Western Restaurants and/or Culinary education.

-Flexibility and availability to work on a Food and Beverage operation, Restaurant operating hours.

-Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

-Knowledge of Hong Kong F&B practices.
