Responsibilities:
-
- To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
- To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
- To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
- To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;
- Fixed shift duty (7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is most preferred;
- Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is preferred;
- Hands on PC skills;
