Job Description:

• Provide software installation, system support and customer system maintenance
• Provide customer support via hotline and remote
• Provide on-site customer and office support
• Responsible for carrying out technical support work and daily operation tasks including support phone and email handling 
• Provide problem diagnosis, cause identification and resolving system problems

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• Experience in Windows platforms such as WinXP, Win7, Win8, Windows Server a plus
• Good computer software and hardware knowledge
• Good problem solving skills and quick learner
• Hardworking, reliable, able to work independently as well as a team
  
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, Mandarin an advantage
  
• On-job training will be provided
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
