Job Description

• Report to MIS Manager
• Assist in the system development projects such as E-Commerce website and provide assistant on project management
• Coordinate with various user departments and stakeholders to define system requirements
• Work with the technical team for new system implementation or enhancement
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and vendors on all aspects of system
• Coordinate and support user acceptance test
• Assist MIS Manager to develop user guides on new system implementation or enhancement
• Assist user training and support to production system
• Monitor company email users

Job Requirements

• University graduate with major in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in ERP/CRM system implementation, integration and system support.
• Experience in project management, system implementation or business/operation transformation is preferable
• Work independently. Good communication and analytical skills
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Self-motivation and a good team player
