Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work as a team member of hardware project / support team;
- Provide technical and helpdesk support to end users;
- Support Mac / PC based project implementation;
- Apple Mac / iOS product maintenance, installation and troubleshooting;
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Engineering or related disciplines;
- 1-year or above hardware support relevant experience;
- Knowledge of PC, Apple Mac and iOS devices;
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind and team player;
- Proactive, self motivated & well-organized;
