Job Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Provide helpdesk support, technical services, daily routine task and system operation;
• Perform server and firewall administration, configuration, monitoring as well as system backup and recovery;
• Fully support in network planning and implementation, including configuration of FortiGate and Cisco Firewall;
• IT Hardware and Software Inventory update and review;
• Document technical procedures, standards, and policies;
• Coordinate with outsource vendor to complete project timely;
• Work on system hardware and server maintenance at each retailer shop.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines;
• Preferably with some professional qualifications such as MCSE, LPI, CCNA etc.;
• 8 years solid experience in Server and Network Administration;
• Hands-on experience in designing, building network and maintaining system infrastructure;
• Familiar with Windows 2008/2012, Linux, Firewall and Windows PowerShell scripts;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently;
• Non-office hour support is required.
