• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• over 5-7 years system administration/IT support experience 
• over 1-5 years of small team managerial experience
• Strong in ESXi (VM Ware) & Linux (OS)
• Strong project management skills covering all aspects of IT project management.
• Data Center Management – sound understanding of data center best practices, including capacity planning, infrastructure management and colocation vendor management
• Solid experience on Linux and Windows server/client platform
• Familiar with Oracle DB, MySQL DB and MSSQL DB
• Knowledge in virtualization technologies, VMware and SAN
• Experience in TCP/IP networking, firewall, and VPN
• Design and manage the IT infrastructure in Hong Kong and Shenzhen including servers, storage, networking , database and security systems
• Improve the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure
• Plan and manage growth of compute, storage and bandwidth capacity
• Formulate IT policies, standards and procedures
• Manage and improve the security posture of the IT infrastructure
• Formulate and manage the IT disaster recovery plan
• Assist Director, Systems Engineering on IT budgeting and execution
• Manage vendor relationships
