Senior Developer, Business Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the business systems together with system manager to provide accurate reports and data
• Actively involved in regular business meeting to understand the needs and provide IT support and development.
• Provide ad-hoc data and analyst reports to fulfill the business needs, including analysis on customer data, provide insight to business etc.
• Offer product management, training and administrative support for Salesforce.com.
• Professional skills in SQL and Access for modifying existing queries to fit BPA audit and other new business definitions.
• Create automation to some of the data extraction and report generation.
• Manage different sets of Asia data and align the report accuracy across platforms.
• Assist manager to supervise the project in migrating Asia data to US platform, communicate and manage the expectations between business division and IT.
• Involve and oversee the MCCM project for business.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in internal business workflow and system design.
• Proficient in operating Salesforce.com CRM.
• Familiar with the administration and automation of SQL reporting.
• Experience in providing analytical reports for business reviews.
• Assist the business to automate business workflows.
• Knowledge in creating eDM data list and marketing and campaign management.
• Manage marketing and prospects databases
• Modify systems as required when there are requests from the business, such as new product offers, promotions, and prospect samplings.
