Job Description
Dry&Co is looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative who has strong work ethic, communication skills, high levels of empathy and selling skills. You must be fluent in English/Chinese writing, reading, and comprehension.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Will help the customers via phone, email and FB and IG chats
- Can maintain good customer relationships and promote company products
- Can quickly and thoroughly solve problems for customers with the right tone and attitude
YOU:
- To be responsible for handling order processing and customer requests
- From 5 pr above with minimum 1 year relevant working is preferred.
- Good command of both read and written English & Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
