Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of Secretarial, Human Resources and Administrative support to the CEO
• Manage meetings and business appointments for CEO and his business partners
• Take minutes and prepare reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
• Handle report and presentation consolidation for meeting purposes
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Secretarial
• 2 years or above secretarial experience in serving senior management
• Beauty industry background and experience is a plus
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Strong writing skills in handling correspondence, minutes and reports
• Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
• Fluent of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Good Mandarin is an advantage but not necessary
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
