Job Description

Daily routines including:
-
Receiving incident reporting clients and documenting those reports;
-
Answering query and enquiry both from internal and external clients on claims handled by the Department;
-
Settling routine claims;
-
Investigating non-routine claims and making recommendation on deployment of Loss Adjuster, other experts and settlement;
-
Managing claims data and information by instantly updating the IT system;
-
Assisting in preparing statistics and handling of other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Basic IT technique

In-house training would be provided and therefore previous experience in insurance industry is not a pre-requisite;

Tertiary education is preferred but not essential;

Fresh graduate with the right personality would be considered.
