Responsibilities:

• Actively support and drive front-line sales to achieve business growth of wealth management products
• Plan, organize and conduct training for sales force to equip them with necessary competencies to conduct selling activities
• Support joint-call meetings, clients portfolio review, sales activities and promotions
• Collaborate and build effective partnership with branch managers and front-line sales to deliver sales target

 Requirements:

• University degree in business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking/ financial services industry
• Holder of relevant SFC licenses
• Candidate with CFA or CFP qualification is preferred
• Sales driven and goal oriented
• Good analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
