Responsibilities:-

• Working together with the merchandising, technical teams and SEA factories, construct the most suitable, effective and efficient quality manuals and SOPs
• Frequent review and evaluation of quality management systems and manuals with factories’ QA/QC teams to keep consistent high level performance
• Ensure that quality is not compromised due to urgent production lead-time, and vice-versa
• Estimate corporate performance (Quality, on time delivery, compliance, etc…) under buyer score card. Advise improvement plan internally and present to buyer
• Provide guideline, training and systematic report for factory to obtain certificate: GSV, WRAP, Oeko-tex Standard 100 & Higg index.
  
  
  

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree or above in quality management and textiles or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of QA experience in fashion and apparel industry with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Solid knowledge and experience in various different quality management and inspection systems
• Knowledge in social & environmental compliance is a must
• Must have strong understanding in manufacturing process
• Strong language skills including English and Mandarin
• Excellent statistical mindset along with analytical and presentation skills
• Frequent travel is a must
