Responsibilities

• Work in Guangzhou
• Reporting to the General Manager
• Managing a team of 20-25 merchandisers
• Coordinate with Hong Kong office all business activities
• Work flow between merchandising department, accounting and shipping
• Set targets, goals and strategies in alignment with the company directions.
• Provide customer with one stop solution from product creations to delivering.
• Maintain strong relationship with vendors and customers
• Strategically plan the production schedule and placement between china and Cambodia
• Budget preparation and control
  
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate or above with formal education in clothing & textile or related disciplines
• 15 years working experience in garment  manufacturing company with 5 years at high tier level
• Extensive experience in controlling multiple garment production factories in China and Asia
• Strong ability in planning, directing and organizing resources to achieve production targets
• Well-organized, excellent communication & good leadership skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, high performance driven and good sense of integrity
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
