Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the marketing team to oversee and administer the social and digital marketing initiatives for Hummingbird Music Limited.

Job Duties:

• Develop social media content strategy aligned with marketing targets
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ posts
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee and develop strategies for engagement and growth for each unique social media platform
• Monitor web traffic; compile and present users engagement metrics to identify best practices 
• Attend events as necessary to capture content
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
• Oversee execution of digital advertising and marketing
• Respond to customer feedback on social media
• Coordinate customer service needs found via social media

Requirements/Experience:

• Self-starter with the ability to think creatively, work independently and as a part of a team to solve problems and identify opportunities
• Detail-oriented; perform well under deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient with Mac and PC platforms
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, etc
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in social media marketing or content management
