Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably experience in construction projects.  Additional experience of having worked on waterproofing projects is desirable.  All candidates should be able to work as part of a team independently.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing quantity surveying functions by assisting with:

• Valuation of variations
• Interim payments application
• Final account preparation
• Quantities take-off / Re-measurement

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience required
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Fast learner and a good team player
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
